****PLEASE READ****

When purchasing a brick or chunks from me my crunch is a semi-hard crispy airy crunch most of the time. It’s not a rock hard crunch. If I make a batch that has a soft crunch, which I can tell by the look of them, I will
specify that so you know what you are purchasing.

My bricks are pre-made and put on the site out the oven which means the toastiness may have to be adjusted if needed. However, I don’t list the product until it is semi-ready to go just I can process your orders faster.

All my bricks are made in the oven. Due to that fact they will ALL have a ”cooked” taste. Pure is an option but it will not be truly pure because it will have that cooked taste. I try to keep it as pure as possible but I will not refund or replace for a brick that is requested pure and has a cooked taste. If it has brown pieces in it I will replace it because that is obviously not pure.

All bags are sold as listed. I cannot change the pure, toastiness, or consistency of the bag. 

For the most part my chunks come out with some big, some medium, and some crumbles in each brick of bag of chunks. Unfortunately very rarely some come out with only medium and crumbles and some come out with a lot of crumbles. This is not something I can control. Each brick is packed and cooked the exact same way. And I cannot control the way USPS handles your packages.

My bricks are packed, wrapped in ace bandage, and wet before being wrapped in aluminum foil and being put in the oven. Therefore, there will be some hard pieces most at the top and bottom and sometimes on the side. These pieces are not edible!!!!! I cannot and will not assume responsibility for damages incorporated with the eating of any of my products.
