Q: How do I order a specific amount of toastiness?
A: When placing a order if you want ANY amount of Toasty select (Slightly Toasty, Toasty, Extra Toasty). Once you start checking out you will have the option to include a note. This is where you will put what amount of toastiness you would like. If nothing is selected or placed in the notes it will be assumed you want your product Slightly Toasty. 

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: USPS Priority Shipping in 1-3 days with Tracking is used to mail all products. Once the product is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. All inquiries about products that are lost, taking too long, or never received will be handled through USPS.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers will be sent out 2-5 days after order is placed (excluding Weekends and Holidays).

Q: Where is my order?
A: Please use the tracking number provided to track your order through the USPS website

Q: What cooking method is used?
A: I use the bake/microwave method.

Q: How do the bricks come?
A: All bricks are approximately 2 pound bricks in which will be broken down into chunks once unboxed.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped in the order received. All orders are expected to be shipped out within 1-3 days. Please excuse Weekends and Holidays. If there are any issues hindering the 1-3 day promise, you will be contacted directly. 

Q: What if I get the wrong order or my order is not right?
A: I will do my best to replace or refund any order that is not correct or wrong. Please see refund policy.

Q: What types of payment forms are accepted?
A: Most parents forms are accepted. I.e., Visa, Mastercard,  American Express, etc... 

Q: If no more Toasty option are available, only pure, can you make the pure Toasty?
A: Absolutely! If Slightly Toasty, Toasty, or Extra Toasty are out of stock I can make any pure brick to the amount of Toasty desired.

Q: Is there a certain restock day?
A: There is no certain restock day at the moment. I will try my best to keep items in stock. Please continue to check the site to see what is currently in stock.

Q: Is there a limit when ordering?
A: There is no limit when ordering

Q: I don't see the Pure Products?
A: When you go in the site in the upper right hand corner you will see "shop". Once you click "shop" you will see a pink bar that says "All Products". On the right side of that pink box you will see 3 lines. Click the 3 lines. This is where you can shop by product. Click "Pure" and it will show you the Pure Inventory. This applies for any inventory.

Q: Can my package be shipped confidently?
A: Most definitely! Orders go out with Pica Enigma Stickers on the mailing boxes. Please write in the notes upon checkout if you confidential shipping.
